Yoga Therapy Sessions & Packages
Customized Yoga Therapy sessions are great for people who are looking for more personal direction in their practice and for those who are dealing with a specific health condition or ailment. In these sessions the client and myself work specifically with their goals and intentions for the practice through movement, breath work, meditation and mind-body connection.
The initial appointment is 90 minutes, where we will discuss in detail your medical history, current treatments, your hopes for adding in alternative therapies and how I may be able to help. This session also includes a yoga practice customized with our goals that we have set.
Each session after the initial will only be 60 minutes long. In the follow up sessions, we will discuss any concerns, noticeable progress and goal changes before moving into our yoga session.
Each session is followed up with an email within 48 hours from me providing details on your program as discussed in the session, as well as audio recordings, a yoga video or handouts on movements or mind-body techniques you can practice in your home in between our sessions. All material will remain available for you to access as long as you remain a client or for one month if you wish to not continue after the initial consult.
