I first met Kate four years ago when we were starting our fertility journey. I was very blessed that, combined with three acupuncture sessions, I was pregnant after the first fertility yoga class with Kate! I continued yoga weekly with her throughout my pregnancy and I ended up stronger at the end than I was before conceiving. Kate was really patient with people of all abilities and I never felt uncomfortable or defeated if I had trouble holding certain poses.
